Our philosophy is to continually strive for a ‘Zero Harm’ environment. Accordingly we enforce very strict health and safety procedures throughout our operations, in the belief that all accidents can be avoided by implementing robust risk elimination protocols. Each operation assesses further controls that may be required to manage the specific risks at their operation to meet the objective of no fatalities.
The success of our focus on continual improvement of our HSE management system is reflected in our Environment & Safety Policies, British Safety Council Membership, BS OHSAS 18001 (health and safety) . We continue to provide opportunities for interaction to improve our safety performance. Routine engagement with employees and workers includes health and safety committees; pre-start meetings; on-site safety coaches, discussing job-specific safety risks; and safety toolbox talks; all of which visibly demonstrate our priority of working safely.
In line with our culture of care, we undertake activities to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of our employees. This includes the provision of professional medical care, food catering services, sport and recreational facilities at our worker accommodations.

we are pursuing a strategy between now and 2025 known as ‘Building the present, creating the future’. It’s all about doing things better, doing better things and doing new things. Being leaders in innovation and digital construction are key to implementing the strategy.
